RetailWare Online Setup Instructions
Installing RWO (RetailWare Online) on a new workstation is easy. Simply follow these directions.
- Download the installation file and save it to your desktop. Click here to download (5.75 MB)
Before starting installation please close any open programs. The computer must be restarted during the installation.
- Run the RWO2xWorkstationSetup program. The program is unsigned and may require you to click "Trust" before starting.
- Follow the on-screen directions. When prompted restart the computer.
- After the computer restarts the final stage of the installation will automatically resume.
- When the installation has finished and the desktop has loaded you should see an icon named 2x ApplicationServer Client
- Start the 2x ApplicationServer Client
- A login error message will appear. Click OK and enter your RWO username and password exactly as it was given to you by RetailWare, Inc. When finished click OK
You can now log in by clicking the RetailWare Online icon
