RetailWare Professional and RetailWare Lite Monthly Licensee

Unlimited free technical support for licensees with a current account status. Network support is limited to conventional installations of supported platforms.

RetailWare Professional and RetailWare Lite

Support Contract

$1260 annual fee for professional and $525 for lite, paid annually, will provide unlimited technical support and upgrades. Network support is limited to conventional installations of supported platforms.

Per Incident Support

Per incident support and support cards are no longer available.
